In plain sight ¶
The shape of underwear fascinates me: it’s designed to cover, but often doesn’t quite manage to. The hairs that fall outside the lines of the fabric seem almost an act of resistance against the imposed form. I don’t follow those rules, and I capture how these small deviations exist alongside what is meant to conceal them.
In Hidden in Plain Sight, I explore how covering works and how it functions. I look at the tension between covering and revealing, between hiding and showing.
