Domestic sculptures
When an arm or a leg extends from beneath the fabric — separate from the body to which it belongs — a new, isolated form emerges. Together with the cloth, it seems to acquire its own identity. You can see how the body folds and shapes itself into something soft and vulnerable.
These domestic sculptures are new beings, composed of skin and fabric.
They are inspired by moments when children withdraw yet still want to be seen.
